The Practice

What is sound therapy?

The nervous system is in constant dialogue with its environment. Sound therapy works by changing that environment — using frequency, vibration, and resonance to guide the body out of a heightened state and into rest.

Sessions use traditional Tibetan singing bowls and therapeutic sound instruments crafted specifically for nervous system support. This is not background music. It is a somatic experience — felt through the body as much as heard through the ears.

Sound therapy is suitable for those navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or simply a need for deep, restorative rest.
